Leather is a natural material, so minor variations in appearance, texture, or grain may occur between individual wallets. Such natural variations do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
Product Prices
All product prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP/£).
The applicable price is the price shown on the website at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product.
An order is subject to successful payment and acceptance by Patalis. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation.
Please make sure that your order and delivery information is correct before completing your purchase.
Payment
We currently accept PayPal for payments.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Shipping
Patalis currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
We offer free shipping and use Evri as our shipping carrier.
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 4–6 business days, consisting of 1–2 business days for processing and 3–4 business days for transit.
The daily order cut-off time is 2:30 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed from the next business day.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order within 1 day of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@patalis.shop as soon as possible with your order details.
After the 1-day cancellation period, an order may already have entered processing or dispatch, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Return and Refund
Patalis accepts returns for both defective and non-defective leather wallets within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If Patalis sent the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective, Patalis will cover the return label cost after the issue has been reviewed.
Customers may be asked to provide clear pictures and order information when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been reviewed and the refund has been approved.

You agree to use the Patalis website for lawful purposes and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm the website or other users.
